Cashew Nut Milk

Cashew Nut Milk is, without a doubt, my favourite nut milk to make. Why? I hear you ask. Because you don’t need to sieve it. All of the nut is taken into the milk. This means all of the fibre and all of the nutrients and none of the mess.

Cashew Nut Milk also makes the most delectable chai tea latte, hot chocolate and even Ice Cream – so creamy and delicious.

Make sure you soak your cashew nuts for at least 8 hours – or you can leave them overnight. I tend to make mine with 2 cups of water if I’m making ice cream but 4 cups of water for drinks.
